Then, let's dance...
I remember well those ballet and tap lessons that Mom enrolled me in when I was 6 years old. I sometimes lament that I could have danced alongside Misty Copeland (in my dreams) had I just continued a few more years past 8. But, alas, there is something so freeing about moving one's body to the music of your mind - that way, you are never out of step.
My Exclusive Interview with Corey Feldman
This was an extraordinary interview. Former child star Corey Feldman talked with me exclusively about the abuse he says he suffered at the hands of powerful men in Hollywood. Corey has been telling this story for years and now, he feels he is finally being heard. My interview with Corey airs on Lifetime, right after the movie, 'The Two Coreys'.
BRING ON 2018!
Being Thankful for the Year That Was
It's that time of year again! Time to make those New Year's resolutions and plan for a better year ahead. Time to make the list of what we will do and what we will (hopefully) stop doing once the clock turns midnight tonight. I make my resolutions, like all of you, and my list usually includes promises like going to the gym more, not eating candy (my vice!) spending more quality time with family and friends, building my foundation, and growing my television production business. But, I have learned that one of the most important resolutions I can make is to always be thankful for the year that I've had. That is hard to do if we have been met with health challenges, financial problems, or the loss of a loved one. Adversities can overwhelm our sense of stability and certainly our faith. But, no matter how difficult things get, I've learned that there is always, Always, ALWAYS something to be thankful for. I'm thankful for the family members I reconnected with this year. I'm thankful for the friends who kept their promises and, when they said they were going to be there, they were. I'm thankful for the doctor's report that came back negative. I'm thankful for the jobs that came through, the people who said they believed in me and the ones who wrote me to say that I inspired them. I'm thankful for the women who opened the door to the #MeToo movement (because #MeToo). I'm thankful for a wonderful church home and the protection and guidance from my ancestors who have gone on before me. Yes, there have been challenges this past year but, I'm thankful that my blessings FAR outweighed them. So, while we look forward to the year that will be, give thanks for the year that was. God Bless You and Happy New Year!

Sister Circle
I had the best time with the ladies of 'Sister Circle Live' when I visited their Atlanta set to talk about my new foundation - the S.H.A.U.N. Foundation for Girls. It was a pleasure being around women who were so uplifting and had such great positive energy. We discussed the importance of supporting girls and young women and what services we could offer to enrich their lives. It takes a village!
Giving Tuesday
It is incredible to make a difference in the life a girl. The S.H.A.U.N. Foundation for Girls launched a little more than a year ago and already we have impacted the lives of hundreds of girls. But, our success depends on YOU! On this Giving Tuesday, I hope you will consider making a small donation to help our mission. Our areas of impact: (S)TEM, (H)EALTH, (A)RTS, (U)NITY and (N)EIGHBORHOODS. Empower a girl and she WILL change the world!

Strong, Smart and Bold! That is the motto of Girls Inc. - the national girls empowerment organization that gives underserved girls amazing mentors and scholarships for college. Today was their annual fundraiser in Los Angeles and it was full of incredible women. I have had the opportunity to host the event for 10 years and I always love coming back to support and wear my RED!

Oh, it is the guilty pleasure for millions! ‘90 Day Fiance’ is TLC’s most popular show. Here is a picture of me on the New York set hosting the latest reunion show and there were so many surprises! My mother has been trying to get the scoop out of me but, my lips are sealed!
24 Hours with Yours Truly!
There is no doubt that my life has gotten busier since I left my job as host of Access Hollywood after 16 years. I am executive producing television shows, I just optioned the film and TV rights to two novels, I am hosting television specials, I am writing my second book and I launched my passion project - the S.H.A.U.N.
