Los Angeles Fires

You have heard about the devastating wildfires in the Los Angeles area. One of the fires came pretty close to our neighborhood. I didn’t want to take any chances (and at my mother’s urging) so I left and stayed with some dear friends. Thank God our area was spared but, so many of my friends either lost their homes or suffered so smoke damage that they couldn’t go back until things were cleaned up. There is a lot of work to be done to help displaced families.
